R U OK, CLT? Group Tackles Mental Health Stigmas

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (FOX 46 CHARLOTTE) — A new Charlotte organization working to tackle mental health issues said the conversation can begin with a simple questions: “R U OK?”

The group “R U OK, CLT?” hosted its first meeting to a sold out crowd at the Evening Muse in NoDa on Tuesday.

“Understanding and knowing how your friends and family are doing and just normalizing that check-in is really important,” co-founder Kelli Raulerson said.
